Supported Holidays

A beach escape to Anglesea – a magical place where the coastal bush land meets the sea. On previous supported holidays to the Great Ocean Road we have:

• Gone swimming and surfing at the beach, building confidence in new environments and supporting physical wellbeing through active participation
• Viewed the famous 12 Apostles, promoting inclusion in community experiences and supporting a sense of wellbeing through shared outings
• Played beach volleyball and cricket, developing confidence, teamwork skills, and active participation in group activities
• Walked along Indigenous trails amongst nature, supporting emotional wellbeing and building functional capacity through connection to environment and gentle physical activity

A national park getaway to see nature’s wonders. – rugged mountains, pristine beaches and lush forests. On previous supported holidays to Wilson’s Prom we have: 

• Explored walking trails full of wildlife, supporting physical wellbeing and building confidence navigating natural environments
• Walked along Squeaky Beach, promoting active participation and supporting wellbeing through sensory and outdoor engagement
• Viewed local wombats, kangaroos and emus in nature, fostering connection to the environment and supporting emotional wellbeing through meaningful experiences.

A snow trip with skiing and snowboarding at Mount Buller, building confidence in new challenges and developing functional capacity through active recreation.

We only have Supported Holidays at certain times throughout the year. You can still enquire at any point and we will put you on our list to be notified the next time we are advertising a getaway.

Our holidays are planned to be exciting and stress-free.

Expenses cover:

• Accommodation
• Transport to and from destinations
• Meals throughout the trip
• Activity costs (where stated – e.g. attraction entry, ski passes, or cruise fees)

Expenses don’t cover:

• Travel insurance
• Personal items
• Shopping or spending money

The price of the holiday changes depending on the duration and destination, but they typically range from $500 to $1,000.

 The NDIS funds the support component of your trip through your Core Supports, so you’ll need to check your plan for available hours for either a weekend or week-long holiday.
