Personal Achievement Award: Emma Mulderry
Emma has shown tremendous growth this year, developing her communication skills, building meaningful relationships, and confidently engaging in the community. With her bubbly personality and strong sense of self-advocacy, she has embraced new strategies and opportunities with genuine pride. Her progress reflects her consistency, courage, and belief in herself — qualities that inspire those around her. We are delighted to celebrate Emma’s achievements and the positive impact she continues to make.
Personal Achievement Award: Kyle Schiffter
This year, Kyle has demonstrated remarkable growth across all areas of his life: from graduating Momentum and settling confidently into Networks, to finding his stride in baking, fitness, and social connections. His talent and attention to detail shine in the kitchen, where he supports his peers and produces incredible baked creations. Though naturally quiet, he lights up during karaoke, showing his fun, expressive side. His calm nature, perseverance, and willingness to try new things make his achievements truly special.
Outstanding Contribution: Lauren Sewell
Lauren is recognised for her exceptional dedication, compassionate leadership, and unwavering commitment to quality support. She has played a vital role in supporting participants with complex needs, guiding major transitions such as the opening of Perkins House and the Shady Closure Project with professionalism and care. Known for her calm judgement, collaborative approach, and strong advocacy for participants, Lauren sets a powerful example across Alkira. Her contribution strengthens our teams, supports families, and reflects the very best of Alkira’s values.
