Our Momentum program is a Supported Tertiary Education service that helps young adults transition from secondary school into further education at TAFE. Many participants join Momentum straight after finishing school, and with our support, they begin to build independence, grow in confidence, and make decisions about their future pathways.
Yoi Yoi joined the Momentum program in 2022 after completing secondary school. Since then, she has successfully graduated and moved into our Networks program. As part of her time in Momentum, Yoi Yoi completed her Certificate I in Transition Education, Certificate I in Work Education, and Certificate II in Work Education.
We’ve been proud to watch Yoi Yoi grow and thrive. Her progress has not gone unnoticed:
