Our Momentum program is a three-year Supported Tertiary Education service that helps young adults transition from secondary school into further study at TAFE. Many participants join straight after finishing school, and with the right support, they begin to develop independence, build confidence, and shape their future pathways.
Jack began the Momentum program in 2024 and is now in his second year. He is currently completing a Certificate I in Work Education. It’s been a pleasure to see Jack flourish and grow through the program.
