At Alkira we try our best to put participants and what they want first.
We sent out a survey in July asking participants some questions to find out how we are doing and where we can improve. We want Alkira participants to be satisfied and happy with our services.
There were 9 areas the questions asked about. The attached flyer summarises the answers we received and shows whether Alkira is:
- exceeding expectations
- meeting expectations
- not meeting expectations.
It is great to see where Alkira is meeting and exceeding the expectations of participants. A big thank you and congratulations to all staff. We are doing very well in many of the areas.
Alkira is not meeting the expectations of some participants and this means we have areas to improve. To find the areas we want to focus on improving we have said that if more than 20% of participants expectations were not met then this is a priority area to improve.
