At Alkira we try our best to meet participants expectations.

We want participants to be satisfied and happy with our services. Our 2022 survey provided opportunity for us to receive feedback for Alkira participants.

There were 9 areas the questions asked about. The answers we received show whether Alkira is:

• exceeded expectations
• met expectations or
• did not meet expectations.

This year we had more responses than ever with 70 surveys completed. We are very thankful people are willing to give us their honest feedback.

The results showed we are mostly exceeding or meeting participants expectations.

The results also showed us there are some areas we can focus on. Two key areas we are looking to improve in are:

• ensuring participants feel comfortable commenting on our services.
• ensuring we are sharing more opportunities with participants.

We will be working as a team to improve in these key areas.
