Current Recreation Programs
Alkira provides transport from the Recreation activity meeting place to the venue, and then back to the meeting place after the activity.
We ask that carers arrange transport to the activity meeting place and home after the activity. Please ensure participants arrive at the meeting place no later than 10 minutes prior to activity start time.
For general queries please contact Tim McDonald or Alannah Fehring through 9890 1365. During an activity if you have any concerns you can call the Recreation Officer on duty on 0428 565 716.
Please note for out-of-pocket costs at times the amount of money charged for activities in the calendar may be different to the amount that appears in invoices issued at the end of the month. This can be due to a number of factors including; the venue may have changed their pricing, additional costs are incurred for parking, changes to the size of the group (as group members share the costs evenly) and other unforeseen costs. So occasionally costs for programs will exceed the cost printed in the calendars, however we will endeavour to keep the cost as close to the original advertised cost as possible.
